Cherry Hill West Football Team Looks To Rebound From First Loss With Playoff Run
The Lions are the No. 4 seed in the NJSIAA South Jersey Group 4 playoffs.

Cherry Hill, NJ -- The Cherry Hill High School West football team didn’t end the season the way it would’ve liked, but it still has a shot at the NJSIAA South Jersey Group 4 championship, according to nj.com.
Cherry Hill West is now 7-1 after the Lions fell to still unbeaten Camden Catholic (8-0), 30-7, on Friday night.
As a result, Cherry Hill West is now the No. 4 seed in the playoffs, and will host No. 5 Highland (7-1) in the first round of the playoffs on Friday, Nov. 11, 7 p.m.

Highland is looking to avenge a 28-8 loss to Cherry Hill West from earlier this season. Since then, Highland has won six in a row.
The winner of their playoff game plays the winner of the game between still undefeated and No. 1 seed Lenape (8-0) and No. 8 Woodrow Wilson on Nov. 18.

The championship game is set for Dec. 2, and still has the potential to pit undefeated teams against each other, as Timber Creek is still 8-0, and the No. 2 seed in the field.
Timber Creek will host No. 7 Absegami in the first round on Friday, Nov. 11, 7 p.m.
The winner plays the winner of the game between No. 1 Lenape and No. 8 Woodrow Wilson on Nov. 18.
