Chesterbrook Academy(R) Preschool in Marlton to Host Yard Sale and Open House on April 30
Event will feature yard sale items, a snack stand to raise money for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, and an open house with tours
WHAT: Chesterbrook Academy preschool on Evesboro Medford Road in Marlton will host a yard sale on Saturday, April 30 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Members of the community are invited to shop for baby and children's items, house wares, clothes, games and more. Chesterbrook Academy will also host a snack stand where the community can purchase kid-friendly snacks, including pretzels, crackers, water and juice boxes. All proceeds from the snack stand will be donated to Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation.
From 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Chesterbrook Academy will also hold an open house to provide an opportunity for families to meet the school principal, explore classrooms and learn more about Chesterbrook Academy’s signature Links to Learning curriculum, which is a preschool-specific curriculum complete with monthly developmental skill summaries that closely involve parents. The goals of the program are to provide a high-caliber, developmentally appropriate education within the classroom, to enhance dialogue with parents, and to provide constructive guidance on how parents can become more involved with their children’s education through at-home activities.
