Chesterbrook Academy(R) Preschool in Voorhees Holds Garden Ribbon Cutting Ceremony in Celebration of Earth Day
Students planted flowers and vegetables around their school and unveiled the gardens they created on April 22
On April 22, students at Chesterbrook Academy preschool in Voorhees held a garden ribbon cutting ceremony in honor of Earth Day. Students worked together to plant flowers and vegetables, including carrots and zucchini, to create gardens around their school and unveiled them during the ceremony. Students will continue to take care of the plants as they grow and will harvest the vegetables once they are ready. Chesterbrook Academy teaches the importance of community and exploring nature at a young age.
