Collection Drive Highlights Martin Luther King Jr. Day Of Service In Cherry Hill

The Day of Service is set for Jan. 16.

CHERRY HILL, NJ — A collection drive will take place during Cherry Hill’s Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service on Monday, Jan. 16.

Collection bins will be located in the lobby of the Cherry Hill Township Municipal Building, 820 Mercer Street; and the Cherry Hill Public Library, 1100 Kings Highway North.

Officials suggest donating the following items:
  • Cases of water;
  • Paper products;
  • canned goods;
  • shampoo;
  • deodorant;
  • laundry detergent;
  • books;
  • DVDs;
  • Video Games;
  • Plastic Utensils;
  • Floor Cleaner;
  • Non-Perishable Food Items;
  • Children's Coats;
  • Baby Blankets;
  • Socks;
  • Diapers; and
  • 39 gallon trash bags.
