Deadline Nears For Registering To Vote On Cherry Hill Schools' Bond Referendum

The vote on Cherry Hill Public School District's referendum​ will take place Oct. 6, according to a public notice.

CHERRY HILL, NJ — The deadline to register to vote on the Cherry Hill Public School District's proposed $363 million bond referendum is Sept. 15, according to a public notice.

The vote on the referendum will take place on Oct. 6, hence the earlier than usual voter registration deadline, the public notice said.

Individuals who need to register to vote can stop by the Camden County Board of Elections at 100 University Court in Blackwood between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, according to the public notice.

Only U.S. citizens who live within the Cherry Hill Public School District and will be aged 18 years and older on or before Oct. 6 can vote on the Cherry Hill Public School District's referendum, the public notice said.

Oct. 18 remains the voter registration deadline for those who wish to vote for their preferred township and borough leaders and members of the United States House of Representatives on Nov. 8.
