About Avista Healthcare
Avista Healthcare is a 162-bed facility located at 3025 Chapel Avenue West, in Cherry Hill, NJ.
We provide long term skilled nursing care and short term post-acute rehabilitation.
We receive patients from area hospitals, including Jefferson University Hospital, Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital and Cooper University Hospital.
