CHERRY HILL, NJ — Camden Catholic High School's former athletic director was charged after authorities say he pocketed more than $17,000 meant for the institution.

During his final year in the role, he rented out the turf field to various local athletic organizations. But there were no contracts or records of payment to the school in those transactions, according to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office (CCPO).
