'Flagging Of The Graves' Takes Place In Cherry Hill
This is the 87th year the event has been held.

CHERRY HILL, NJ — A "Flagging of the Graves" event occurred at Locustwood Cemetery in Cherry Hill on May 22, the Cherry Hill Police Department said.
During the event, which was held before Memorial Day, members of the Cherry Hill Police Department, Gloucester County College Police Academy, Cherry Hill Fire Department, American Legion and other organizations placed flags on the graves of veterans, according to the police department.
This is the 87th time the 'Flagging of the Graves" has taken place, the police department said.

The same day, the police department and police academy also teamed up to spruce up the Cherry Hill Police Department's Memorial Garden, the police department said.
