Free Food Available In Cherry Hill
Members of the Cherry Hill Public School District staff help coordinate the event, the district said.
CHERRY HILL, NJ — The Cherry Hill Public School District will be giving out free "farm market" style food once a week between now and Aug. 31, the district said.
There are a few requirements free food recipients must meet, according to the district:
- Families receiving the food must live in Cherry Hill and have children aged 3 to 18 years who are living at home.
- Students receiving the food must be currently enrolled in the Cherry Hill Public Schools and aged 21 years and younger.
- Food must be picked up between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. on Wednesdays at Cherry Hill High School East.
- Persons receiving the food must exit their vehicles upon arrival and bring their own bags (or similar item) to carry the food back to their vehicles.
"Families with a hardship related to picking up meals at the designated day and time should call 856-424-2316 for assistance," the district said.
