Heavy Flooding In Cherry Hill As Warning Remains In Effect

CHERRY HILL, NJ — There is heavy flooding in Cherry Hill Thursday morning as a Flood Warning remains in effect, police said.

Heavy flooding has impacted the Kingston Estates neighborhood. Drivers should use caution and avoid flooded areas. All major roadways are reopened. Route 38 had been closed Wednesday night.

A Flood Warning remains in effect until 4:30 p.m. for Burlington, Camden and Gloucester counties, according to the National Weather Service. Rainfall totals since late Wednesday generally ranged from 2 to 5 inches.

Flooding is occurring in the Rancocas Creek basin. There was flooding along many other waterways, including Pennsauken Creek and the Cooper River. Many roads in the area remained closed due to flooding.

As of 7:08am, there's Flooding on the New Jersey Turnpike outside exit Interchange 3 - NJ 168 in Runnemede ramp to NJ 168 south closed and detoured until further notice, all traffic being diverted to NJ 168 north.

As of 7:06am, there's Flooding on US 206 in both directions North of NJ 38/CR 530 in Southampton Twp. All lanes closed and detoured follow detour.

As of 7:01am, there's Flooding on NJ 73 southbound north of High St in Maple Shade Twp. All lanes closed Delays due to an incident, use caution.

As of 6:53am, there's Flooding on NJ 73 in both directions between CR 609/Stiles Av/Princeton Ave and CR 537/Main St in Maple Shade Twp. All lanes closed and detoured use caution.

As of 6:52am, there's Flooding on US 130 in both directions at NJ 47 in Brooklawn. All lanes closed and detoured 15-20 minute delay, use caution.

As of 6:49am, there's Flooding on I-295 northbound from Exit 26N - I-76/I-676 to Exit 28 - NJ 168/Black Horse Pike in Bellmawr. 1 to 2 lanes open to traffic 25-30 minute delay.

As of 6:27am, there's Flooding on I-295 northbound ramp to westbound Exit 29 - US 30 in Barrington. Ramp closed due to flooding on Rt 30 Westbound, use caution.

As of 6:26am, there's Flooding on US 30 in both directions between CR 666/Copley Av in Barrington and West of NJ 41 in Haddon Heights. All lanes closed and detoured follow detour.

As of 6:26am, there's Flooding on NJ 47 in both directions at US 130 in Westville. All lanes closed and detoured 15-20 minute delay, use caution.

As of 6:26am, there's Flooding on NJ 168 in both directions in the vicinity of New Jersey Turnpike in Bellmawr. All lanes closed and detoured use caution.

As of 6:26am, there's Flooding on NJ 47 in both directions South of CR 646/Deptford Av in Deptford Twp. All lanes closed 5-10 minute delay, use caution.

As of 6:26am, there's Flooding on US 30 in both directions between CR 630/Collings Av and US 130/Collingswood Circle in Collingswood. All lanes closed and detoured use caution.

As of 6:26am, there's a Downed tree on NJ 154 in both directions NJ 41 in Cherry Hill Twp. All lanes closed use caution.

As of 5:21am, there's Construction and Flooding on the Commodore Barry Bridge in both directions between New Jersey Side and Pennsylvania Side in Logan Twp IS OPERATING AT 45 MPH E/B AND 35 MPH W/B.
