On the museum floor, each of the exhibits are decked out in a happily haunted manner. Kids can trick-or-treat from exhibit to exhibit; they will get anything from candy to Halloween tricks and goodies, all provided by the Museum's sponsors. There will be ice cream treats at the Silver Dine exhibit.
"I think that Halloween Hootenanny is such a great fall family event. Going from trunk to trunk outside is so much fun, not only for the candy and various giveaways, but everyone gets to see the creativity of our wonderful trunk decorators,” Garden State Discovery Museum Director of Sales and Marketing Jordan Blau said. “Inside, kids can see the Discovery Museum exhibits they've come to know and love but with a special Halloween theme. It's definitely something that I look forward to all year."
Admission to Halloween Hootenanny's inside and outside attractions is $20 for non-member children, $10 for member children, and $5 for adults.
The Garden State Discovery Museum is located at 2040 Springdale Road in Cherry Hill.
