LA Fitness Celebrates Grand Opening This Weekend

EVESHAM TOWNSHIP, NJ — Health Club chain LA Fitness will open its newest location in Evesham Township this weekend, and it’s throwing a party to celebrate.

The newest location will be at 1051 Route 73 North in Marlton. LA Fitness will make a donation to Cherokee High School Project Graduation as part of the festivities on Saturday, March 18.

From 9 a.m.–8 p.m., LA Fitness will offer a full complimentary day promoting fitness and healthy lifestyles, with tours of the newest facility, an outdoor ZUMBA class, racquetball, and Boot Camp classes, along with a series of children’s fitness games to inspire healthy habits at an early age.

The big day will feature a live broadcast by Q102 radio personality Casey Reed, along with fitness-oriented craft activities presented by The Garden State Discovery Museum. The full schedule of activities/times is as follows:

• Kids Klub face painting and balloon twisting from 9 a.m.–1 p.m.
• Ribbon Cutting and Check Presentation with Mayor Randy Brown at 10 a.m.
• Test your racquetball skills from 10 a.m.-noon
• Radio event with Q102 and celebrity Casey Reed from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
• Fitness-inspired art stations for the kids 11:30 a.m. -1:30 p.m.
• Complimentary Boot Camp Circuit clinic at 2 p.m.
• Outdoor ZUMBA class at noon
• Grand Prize Apple iPad giveaway
