Major Furniture, Housewares Retailer Opening Store In South Jersey

CHERRY HILL, NJ — The popular furniture and housewares retailer, "Wayfair," is opening its first-ever South Jersey location.

The store, known for its online presence of affordable and trendy products, will be located in the Market Place at Garden State Park shopping center at 2000 Marlton Pike/Route 70.

Now the 11th store in the brand's portfolio, the Cherry Hill location will also offer free design services that include space planning and virtual or in-person meetings with associates.

The 86,000-square-foot Cherry Hill location is set to open in late 2028.

Branding itself as carrying "a zillion things home" and catering to "every style, every home," Wayfair's first New Jersey store is on track for a Princeton grand opening in 2027.

Wayfair began as "rackandstands.com" in 2002 and moved from its co-founder's spare bedroom office to a global headquarters in Boston a year later. The business still has its global headquarters in the city.
