Man Reports Peeping Tom At Cherry Hill Mall

Police are investigating the incident, according to published reports.

CHERRY HILL, NJ — Cherry Hill Police are investigating an incident in which a man is accused of recording a person who was using the men’s bathroom at the Cherry Hill Mall, according to published reports. Both the police department and the mall have acknowledged the investigation. The victim is concerned that this might not be the first time.

A man told 6 ABC he was using a stall in the men’s room when he saw an eye peeking in at him. He soon realized the man was using a cell phone to record him. The suspect then ran off before the man could do anything, but a police report was filed.

"The safety of our tenants, shoppers and staff is always our number one priority," mall officials told nj.com. "We are working directly with Cherry Hill Police Department to help aid in this ongoing investigation and maintain a safe shopping environment for consumers."
