Man Torments Drivers In Cherry Hill Neighborhood, Police Say

Patrols have increased patrols in the area where the man lurks, Cherry Hill's Chief of Police said.

CHERRY HILL, NJ — A man is bothering motorists in the Kingston Estates section of Cherry Hill, police said.

The man is "routinely jumping in front of vehicles and making threatening gestures towards residents," Cherry Hill Police Chief Robert Kempf told Patch.

In response, patrols have increased in that area, he said.
