Second Person Charged With Murder In Home Invasion Shooting: Camden Officials

Iyonna Flowers is the second person charged for the shooting death of Darlene Randall during a home invasion, Camden County officials said.

PENNSAUKEN, NJ — A Camden women faces a felony murder charge in the home invasion death of a 62-year-old Pennsauken woman earlier this year, officials said.

Iyonna Flowers, 28, is the second person charged for the death of Darlene Randall on January 9, a news release said.

Police found Randall suffering from a gunshot wound in her Herbert Avenue home after being called there for a home invasion at 1:52 a.m. that morning, according to officials.

EMS crews took Randall to Cooper University Hospital, where she died a short time later, officials said.

The U.S. Marshals Task Force arrested Flowers on Sept. 29 and charged her with felony murder, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Pennsauken Acting Police Chief Philip Olivo. Officials say they took her to the Camden County Correctional Facility.

In January of this year, U.S Marshals arrested 18-year-old Joshua Johnson, charging him with murder and related weapons offenses in Randall's death.

Johnson, also of Camden, is still in custody, officials said.
