NJ Police Officer, 22, Dies In Motorcycle Accident
A New Jersey police officer died Thursday in a motorcycle accident in South Jersey, authorities said.

CHERRY HILL, NJ - A 22-year-old New Jersey police officer died Thursday in a motorcycle accident in South Jersey, authorities said.
Daniel Adler, an officer with the Camden County Police Department, died in a Route 561 crash in Cherry Hill, Camden County spokesman Dan Keashen told Patch.
“It is with profound sadness that we regret to announce the sudden passing of our very own Officer Daniel Adler,” the Camden County Police Department said in a statement.

“Daniel was a devoted colleague, friend, and family member who will be forever missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of Officer Adler, as well as our brothers and sisters at CCPD.”
Adler had just been sworn into the department as a full-time officer on March 18, Keashen said. He had previously served as a part-time class II officer, having started in September 2020.

“The tragic loss of Officer Adler has been devastating to our officers, agency and the entire city," Camden County Police Department Chief Gabriel Rodriguez said in a statement. "He was a dedicated police officer with a bright future in front of him. As an organization we will continue to support his family in this unimaginable period of time and keep them in our thoughts and prayers.”
