Proposed Skate Park: Public Meeting Coming Up In Camden County

County officials will update the public on plans for a proposed skate park in Camden County at a meeting Feb. 7.

CAMDEN, NJ — County officials will update the public on plans for a proposed skate park in the Camden County Parks System and collect feedback at an upcoming meeting.

Officials say funding for the project, which is still in its conceptual phase, was included in the county's $100 million Parks Alive 2025 project. Spokesman Dan Keashen said county officials have been working with local skateboarders in recent months, but have not made other official announcements about potential plans and designs.

The meeting is Tuesday, Feb. 7 at 6:30 p.m. at the Camden County Boathouse (7050 North Park Drive, Pennsauken, NJ 08109).
