Cherry Hill police are handling a number of reporting services online after State of Emergency declaration due to coronavirus.
CHERRY HILL, NJ — Cherry Hill police are handling a number of reporting services online after State of Emergency declaration due to the outbreak of new coronavirus. Access to the municipal building has been restricted to employees only.
Anyone who wants to file a non-emergency incident report can call 856-665-1200. The person’s information will be taken, and a representative of the police department will call back to take the report over the phone.
Residents seeking a copy of an incident report should write a letter requesting the report. A notarized copy of the letter should then be mailed along with a copy of their valid driver license or government issued ID to 820 Mercer Street, Cherry Hill NJ 08002, ATTN: Police Records.

Residents seeking a copy of an accident report should email their case # or information that can be used to find the report (name of driver, vehicle info, date/time of accident & etc.) to records@cherryhillpolice.com.
Residents seeking a letter of good conduct can fill out the Good Conduct Questionnaire form and email it along with a copy of their driver’s license or government issued ID to records@cherryhillpolice.com.
