Truck Downs Power Line In Cherry Hill
No injuries were reported, but the accident had significant traffic impacts.
CHERRY HILL, NJ — Route 70 has reopened after an accident brought down a power line Monday in Cherry Hill, police said.
A truck was traveling on the roadway and hit a low-hanging wire at about noon near Cornell Avenue. No injuries were reported.
The accident prompted closures on both sides, with the westbound side shut down for several hours in the area. Route 70 has fully reopened as of late Monday afternoon, police said.
