The School of Pennsylvania Ballet to present its’ inaugural end of year performance, “A Glorious Beginning,” on Saturday, June 6th. This performance, dedicated to the School’s founder, Barbara Weisberger, includes short pieces featuring all 160 students’ ages five to 19. Performances of George Balanchine’s Serenade (a Pennsylvania Ballet Company favorite), Durante Verzola’s A Light Exists in Spring and a Verzola World Premiere for the School will all feature students from the top two class levels.
