Shooting Victim In Camden Dies After Weeks On Life Support: Prosecutor
Authorities continue to investigate the man's shooting death.
CAMDEN, NJ â A Camden shooting victim died after the incident put him in critical condition for nearly a month, officials said Monday.
Police responded to a 911 call for a reported shooting at 9:08 p.m. Nov. 20 on Hunter Drive. They found the victim â later identified as Anthony Young â suffering from an apparent gunshot wound, according to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office (CCPO).
Young was transported to Cooper University Hospital, where he remained in critical condition until he was pronounced dead at 1:25 p.m. Friday. The Camden resident was 38.
