These Are Cherry Hill's Best Auto Repair Shops, New Analysis Says
Which Cherry Hill auto repair shops are the best based on cost and quality? A new nonprofit analysis looks at just that.
CHERRY HILL, NJ — Finding a good mechanic can save you money and time.
A new analysis by the nonprofit Delaware Valley Consumers' Checkbook looks at more than 380 auto repair shops in the region, including eight in Cherry Hill, to determine which offer the best service based on price and quality.
The following Cherry Hill shops were included in the analysis: American Lube, I Service Imports, Russ' Auto Service, Balducci’s Car Care Experts and Auto Sales, Conte Brothers Automotive and Sales, Subaru of Cherry Hill, Tires Plus and Cherry Hill Nissan.

Checkbook's evaluations of hundreds of shops in the Delaware Valley area include its ratings for quality and price. Its ratings are based on more than 8,500 reviews by local consumers, consumer agency complaint records, more than 1,500 price checks by its undercover shoppers, and other sources.
American Lube at 790 Haddonfield-Berlin Road scored a 92 percent for quality and its price ($91) is 9 percent lower than average.

I Service Imports at 5 Rockhill Road scored a 92 percent for quality and its price of $96 is 4 percent lower than the average.
Russ’ Auto Service at 25 Berlin Road scored a 93 percent for quality and its price of $99 is 1 percent lower than the average.
Balducci’s Car Care Experts and Auto Sales at 100 Frontage Road scored 100 percent for quality, and its $101 rate is 1 percent higher than the average.
Conte Brothers Automotive and Sales at 1415 Brace Road scored an 88 percent for quality, and their price of $85 is 15 percent lower than the average.
Subaru of Cherry Hill at 1800 Marlton Pike scored a 75 percent for quality and its price is on par with the $100 average one would find at other South Jersey auto service shops.
Tires Plus at 1877 Marlton Pike scored a 67 percent for quality and its price of $105 is 5 percent higher than the average.
Cherry Hill Nissan at 2325 Route 38 has a quality ranking of 40 percent, and their price ($128) is 28 percent higher than average.
