Upcoming Haddonfield Project Will Cause Traffic Delays For 6 Months
A number of repairs are needed to the Kings Highway Bridge Deck, Camden County said.
HADDONFIELD, NJ - A “major” road project in Haddonfield that starts on Monday, April 18 will cause delays for 6 months, Camden County officials said in a press release.
Lane shifts will occur near the Kings Highway Bridge Deck near Washington and Westmont Avenues and near the PATCO station in the borough as crews repairs part of the bridge, according to the county. The number of complete road closures in that area will be minimal, and at that time, detours will be posted, the county added.
Crews are repairing the bridge’s deck, performing several overlays of the bridge’s approaches, installing a concrete curb and sidewalks and upgrading the handicap ramps in the area, the county said.
