Wawa Celebrates Ground Breaking of New Barrington NJ Store Oct. 30
Local Officials Join Developer and Wawa in Announcing Plans and Revealing New Store Rendering

What: Delco Development and Wawa are holding a groundbreaking celebration to mark the start of construction on Wawa’s long-anticipated new store located at Route 30 and Bell, Barrington, NJ. Wawa currently operates 236 stores in the state of New Jersey, and 663 stores chain-wide. Delco Development will begin the site work, including groundwork and road improvements, to pave the way for Wawa to begin construction on the new store, which will include Wawa’s latest design concept and innovations. With shovels in hands and hard hats on heads, representatives from Wawa, Delco Development, state and local officials will break ground on the site. Highlights include:

· Remarks from Kirk A. Popiolek, Council President, Borough of Barrington about Wawa’s commitment to New Jersey, economic impact of expansion, and commitment to being a good neighbor
