Woman Killed In Cherry Hill House Fire
The cause of the fire is under investigation, but it doesn't appear suspicious, officials told Patch.

CHERRY HILL, NJ — A woman was killed in a fast-moving house fire early Thursday in Cherry Hill, officials confirmed to Patch.
Crews responded at 2:39 a.m. to the fire on the 1200 block of Severn Avenue, reaching the scene within four minutes. The fire burned in a second-floor bedroom, where the woman was found dead, said Cherry Hill Fire Chief Wade Houlihan.

The victim was 57, police told Patch. Her name has not been disclosed as of Friday morning.
Two other people escaped the house unharmed.

Firefighters controlled the blaze in 28 minutes.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation, but it doesn't appear suspicious, Houlihan said.
Cherry Hill firefighters will visit the neighborhood this weekend to answer residents' fire-safety questions. They'll also be available to check smoke detectors.
