$135K Lottery Ticket Sold In Burlington County

Check your tickets-- you could be $135,000 richer.

One Burlington County lottery player is $135,518 richer after their numbers were drawn during a Jersey Cash 5 drawing. The winning ticket was purchased at Chesterfield General Store, 2 Chesterfield-Georgetown Road in Chesterfield. The winning numbers for the Friday, Feb. 16 drawing were 17, 29, 30, 34 and 43 and the XTRA number was 02.

Chesterfield General Store will receive a bonus check for $2,000 for each winning ticket sold, according to Acting Executive Director John M. White. There were 392,664 tickets purchased for the drawing, White said.
By adding XTRA, for an additional $1.00 per play, winners are able to multiply their non-jackpot prizes by the XTRA number drawn. For correctly matching four of the five numbers drawn, 49 ticket holders won $656 each and 10 others won $1,312 each with the addition of XTRA. Moreover, for correctly matching three of the five numbers drawn, 2,201 ticket holders won $17 each and 313 others won $34 each with the addition of XTRA. Lastly 4,363 ticket holders each won $2 for correctly matching two of the five numbers drawn with the addition of XTRA on their purchase.
