2 South Jersey Wildfires Hitting 1.5K Acres Have Been Contained
The wildfires, which burned through the weekend, put a combined 6 structures at risk.

BURLINGTON COUNTY, NJ — Two major wildfires that burned through Burlington County last weekend have been completely contained as of noon Monday, officials said.
The first of the wildfires — the City Line Wildfire — broke out Friday at Brendan T. Byrne State Forest in Browns Mills, reaching 850 acres. The latter, named the Buzby Boggs Wildfire, began later that night and spread to 700 acres around Kettle Run Road in Evesham Township.
Although both blazes reached 100 percent containment, fire personnel will remain on-scene to monitor control lines and address areas of concern, the New Jersey Forest Fire Service said.

Drivers in each area may see smoke for "an extended period" as officials "mop-up" the fires. The Forest Fire Service advised motorists to watch out for firefighters and fire vehicles that may be along the roadsides.
The City Line Wildfire initially threatened two structures, while the Buzby Boggs Wildfire put four at risk.
