26 Car Burglaries, Stolen Car In Same Town In 1 Night: Police
A total of 26 car burglaries and one car theft were reported overnight Wednesday into Thursday, police said.

MEDFORD TOWNSHIP, NJ — One car was stolen and 26 others were burglarized in one night in Medford Township, according to police. An unknown person entered unlocked cars and targeted the glove box and center consoles. Loose money and miscellaneous items were stolen in the 26 thefts.
These incidents took place on Taunton Road, Tallowood Drive, Hampshire Way, Mill Run Court and Branin Road. The stolen car was taken from Hampshire Way and located by police on Mill Run Court. The burglaries appear to have taken place between 10 p.m. Wednesday night and 5:30 a.m. Thursday morning.
Residents in Medford and the surrounding areas are reminded to lock their vehicles and contact police if they observe suspicious activity or have information pertaining to this investigation.
