4 Arrested For Theft, Narcotics In Cinnaminson: Police

They were arrested following incidents at Wal-Mart and ShopRite over the course of five days.

CINNAMINSON, NJ — Four people have been arrested in connection with theft and drug possession following two recent incidents at stores in Cinnaminson over the course of five days, police announced on Wednesday.

At 6:01 p.m. on Dec. 13, Cinnaminson police were called to the Wal-Mart parking lot after a woman was said to have stolen a Coach wallet from another shopper’s cart. She then left the scene in a dark-colored pickup truck with another woman.

Then, at 6 p.m. on Dec. 18, Cinnaminson police were called to the ShopRite parking lot for a report that two older women were soliciting customers and attempting to enter cars. Upon arrival, police found the two women along with two men and the Toyota pickup truck they all arrived in.

Police searched the car and said they found illegal narcotics, drug paraphernalia, and a red Coach wallet they said belonged to the victim in the incident at Wal-Mart. The following people were arrested and charged:

  • Cheryl A. Meeker, 59, of Blackwood, was charged with receiving stolen property and other drug related offenses.
  • Dawn A. Dursch, 52, of Blackwood, was charged with receiving stolen property and other drug related offenses.
  • Adam S. Passaro, 54, of Blackwood, was charged with receiving stolen property and other drug related offenses.
  • Jaime Farren, 41, of Berlin, was charged with receiving stolen property and other drug related offenses.

They were all lodged in the Burlington County Jail with no bail.
