4 Burlington County Residents Sold 80 Bags Of Heroin: Cops

They were arrested following a months-long investigation into the sale of heroin in Evesham Township.

Four Burlington County residents have been arrested and charged after police say they attempted to sell 80 bags of heroin and crack cocaine.

Four people are accused of traveling from Mount Holly and Browns Mills to Marlton with the intent of selling the heroin and cocaine, according to Evesham Township police. Drugs and $500 cash was also seized.

The arrests were the conclusion of an investigation that began months earlier when police received a tip that a Mount Holly man was selling heroin in Evesham Township, police said.

The following people were arrested, according to police:

Anthony Simpson, 30, of Mt. Holly, was charged with third-degree possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, third-degree possession of heroin and third-degree possession of crack cocaine. He was lodged in the Burlington County Jail without bail.

Kyle Jones, 27, of Mt. Holly, was charged with fourth-degree loitering to distribute CDS. He was released on his own recognizance.

Tristan Cottle, 27, of Browns Mills, was charged with third-degree possession of crack cocaine and third-degree possession of suboxone. He was released on his own recognizance.

Jasmine Hutchinson, 21, of Browns Mills, was charged with a disorderly persons offense for possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on her own recognizance.
