9 St. Charles Borromeo Grads Inducted Into National Honor Society

CINNAMINSON, NJ — Nine graduates from St. Charles Borromeo Parish School in Cinnaminson have been inducted into the Saint Thomas Aquinas National Honor Society at Holy Cross Academy in Delran, the school announced Thursday morning.

St. Charles Borromeo Class of 2016 graduate Annemarie Donachie was installed as President of the chapter during the ceremony, which took place on Tuesday, Nov. 19.

Donachie was among the inductees, along with fellow Class of 2016 graduate Luke Syszkiewicz and Class of 2017 graduates Sofia Buonanno, Connor Curtin, Megan Curtin, Colin Elliott, Joseph Plaza, Samuel Stokes, and Brianna Wojnar.

“We are immensely proud of our graduates and the success they continue to have at Holy Cross,” St. Charles Borromeo Principal Kathy Chesnut said. “Their hard work and dedication to academics have led to this impressive and well-deserved accomplishment. We wish them continued luck in their education.”

St. Charles Borromeo, which held its first classes in 1964, is a Catholic school in Cinnaminson with more than 200 students enrolled in grades pre-K through 8.

“The successes of these exemplary students show that Catholic schools have it all,” Pastor Daniel Kirk said. “These students built their foundation in education and faith at St. Charles, where we are dedicated to educating the student as a whole, and that foundation has been carried with them to Holy Cross.”
