Cinnaminson Sea Box Factory Seeks 225K Square Foot Addition

Sea Box is looking to add 225,000 square feet to its existing space in the township. A proposal was introduced Monday night.

CINNAMINSON, NJ — The Sea Box facility in Cinnaminson may soon see an addition following steps taken by township committee Monday night.

Cinnaminson Township Committee approved a proposed ordinance on introduction to enter into an agreement with Sea Box for a 225,000 square foot addition to its existing property at Monday night’s meeting.

A payment in lieu of taxes (PILOT) is part of the agreement, and only applies to the proposed addition, according to township officials. Seabox will continue to pay taxes on what is already there.
