After graduating from Palmyra High School, where was a football standout, and serving as a medic in the U.S. Army, Mr. Vallardi worked in his family's business, Vallardi's Milmarian Restaurant in Palmyra, which he went on to own with his brothers and has since passed it on to his sons. He was a member of the Riverton Country Club and a founding member of St. Charles Borromeo Church in Cinnaminson. Viewing will be held 2-5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 2, at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 2500 Branch Pike, Cinnaminson, NJ 08077.
