Authorities got a call around 2:30 p.m. about a deceased male found down in a ravine off the right lane, police said.

A body was found off the New Jersey Turnpike on Tuesday afternoon, according to the State Police.

Authorities got a call around 2:30 p.m. about a deceased male found down in a ravine off the right lane, police said.

The discovery was made soon after near mile marker 34.2 in Mount Laurel. No cause of death has been released.

Police were working the scene late Tuesday, noting that no motor vehicle accident was reported in the area.
