Man Shared Child Porn Of Infant Victims In Burlington Co.: Feds
Charles Borrelli faces a longer prison sentence because of a previous child-pornography conviction.
BURLINGTON, NJ — A Burlington County man accepted a plea bargain Wednesday after authorities say he distributed child pornography that included infants.
Charles Borrelli, 62, of Burlington, pleaded guilty to receipt of child pornography in Camden federal court. He faces a longer prison sentence because of a prior child-pornography conviction.
Borrelli was charged in 2017 with possession of child pornography. At the time, he lived in Voorhees and owned a web-design business. He was sentenced in September 2018 and spent 364 days in prison, according to court records.

In January 2022, Borrelli downloaded sexually explicit images of children and used a peer-to-peer file-sharing network to distribute images and videos of child sexual abuse, authorities said.
Law enforcement executed a search warrant at his home one month later and found more than 600 images and videos of child pornography across several of his devices. Some of the images contained infants, authorities said.

Borrelli pleaded guilty to an offense that normally carries 5 to 20 years in prison, plus a $250,000 fine. But because of his prior conviction, he faces 15 to 40 years behind bars.
His sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 28.
