The investigation began after the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children tipped off the BCPO about Chesko's alleged online activities. Authorities later executed a search warrant at Chesko's home and seized electronic devices that contained child pornography, the BCPO said.

Prosecutors intend to present the case to a grand jury for possible indictment.
