Burlington County Man Faces Child Pornography Charges: Police
Ryan J. Stemetzki, 25, of Maple Shade, was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

A Burlington County man has been arrested and charged with the possession and distribution of child pornography, Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina said.
Ryan J. Stemetzki, 25, of Maple Shade, was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Two of the counts were second-degree charges involving distribution of child pornography. The remaining count was a third-degree charge for possession of child pornography.
Stemetzki is accused of possessing an image that he shared online depicting a pre-pubescent female engaged in a sexual act. He was arrested Thursday morning following the execution of a search warrant at his home. He was lodged in Burlington County Jail, pending a court appearance. The charges will be presented to a Burlington County Grand Jury to be considered for indictment.

A computer and two cell phones that were seized during the search will be analyzed by detectives from the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office’s High-Tech Crimes Unit, Coffina said.
