The Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office has promoted three investigators. Det. Lt. Mike Wiltsey (Crime Scene Unit, Evidence Management Unit, High-Tech Crimes Unit), Det. Sgt. Tom La Rosa (Major Crimes Unit) and Det. Sgt. Tim Horne (Crime Scene Unit) all took their oaths of office on Thursday, July 11.

They took their oaths during a ceremony in front of nearly 125 co-workers, friends, family members and law enforcement officers from other agencies.

“Lieutenant Wiltsey, Sgt. LaRosa and Sgt. Horne all are very accomplished investigators and supportive colleagues, and continuously demonstrate tremendous character and integrity,” Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina said. “Our Office and the County are blessed to have them working with us to keep the public safe. I congratulate them and their families as they take this significant step forward in their careers, and look forward to working closely with them in their new roles.”
