Burlington County Spa Solicited Prostitution: Police
2 people were charged after a search of the strip-mall business.
MEDFORD, NJ — A spa in a Burlington County strip mall solicited prostitution, officials said.
Authorities executed a search warrant Friday on Sunny Spa in Medford, leading to charges for two people, according to township police.
Kyung Rye Bae, 57, of Palisades Park, was charged with promoting prostitution. Sung Myung Hwang, 62, of New York City, was charged with engaging in solicitation of prostitution. They were processed and released, pending a court appearance.

The search on the Stokes Road business came after "an investigation utilizing various law enforcement techniques and resources," Medford police said.
The following agencies also assisted with the investigation: the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office, the Department of Homeland Security, and police departments in Mount Laurel and Mount Holly.
