Burlington County SPCA Seeks Help Caring for Rescued Animals
The non-profit group rescued 38 cats and dogs from a hoarder earlier this year, and now needs $2,400 for their care, according to the Courier Post.
The Burlington County SPCA has been left with the bill to take care of 38 cats and dogs it rescued from a hoarder's home in Springfield Township earlier this year, the Courier Post reports.
The all-volunteer, non-profit organization must raise $2,400 to care for and shelter the animals, according to the report. The hoarder in the case has not appeared for two court hearings, and there is a $2,500 warrant out for her arrest.
