Burlington County Teen Arrested With Loaded Handgun: Report
The teen was arrested after a car he was riding in was stopped earlier this week.
A teenager was arrested after he was found in possession of a loaded handgun in Burlington County, the Courier Post reports.
A 17-year-old Willingboro boy was among five people arrested after police stopped the car he was in for a moving violation. Police detected the odor of marijuana, leading to a search of the car that uncovered the loaded .22 caliber handgun, according to the report.
The teen was charged with weapons possession offenses, possession of alcohol by a minor and marijuana possession.
He was lodged in the Burlington County Juvenile Detention Center.
