Collingswood is celebrating their businesses with a night of shop local support! The premise is simple: organizers and local businesses ask shoppers to spend at least $27 on September 27th during a town-wide shopping event that includes discounts and giveaways. Afterwards, enjoy a free shop local reception at The Pop Shop!

Pitman Fourth Friday

Flashlight Fridays

Bring your flashlight and find your way through Coomb's Barnyard's 2018 Corn Maze! This is a night that is fun for the entire family because the maze is not scary. Pumpkins and snacks will be available for purchase during the event. The cost is $6 per person.

Tavern Night Fundraiser at Historic Griffith Morgan House

The Pennsauken Historical Society is proud to announce a Tavern Nigh Fundraiser at Historic Griffith Morgan House in the Delair section of Pennsauken! The evening will feature historical singers and tavern games, as well as 18th century-style food and drinks. Tickets are $20 and the proceeds will be used toward the restoration of the house which is in need of repairs.

Historical Soldiers Weekend
September 29 & 30 | 10 AM - 5 PM
Fort Mott State Park, Pennsville

Fort Mott's Annual Historical Soldiers Weekend will be filled with a military timeline of displays and re-enactors from Roman centurions to German border guards during the Cold War. Both days will have live music, weapons demonstrations, and a chance to see camp life in many different time periods. On Saturday night, weather depending, there will be an outdoor movie shown on the wall of the fort.

Swedesboro Day

Mount Holly Food Tour

Join On The Town Food Tours for a food adventure! You'll taste homemade soup from The Robin's Nest, delicious South American breakfast at Kitchen 87, and pub fare from The Local. #WasteNot for CFET

The Courier-Post will partner with the Farm & Fisherman Tavern and other community organizations to offer a special tasting, farm tour, and community conversation about reducing food waste. The event will include Scrap App tastings, live music, an art show, and tours of urban farming spaces led by Farmer Jon Compton of the Center for Environmental Transformation (CFET), an urban farming internship program in South Camden. Tickets are available online or at the door and the proceeds will benefit CFET.

Cowtown Rodeo

Started back in 1929, Cowtown Rodeo has stood the test of time, remaining true to the traditions of the Old West and bringing you a taste of western ranching. Cowtown Rodeo is the longest running weekly rodeo in the United States. Each week guests can enjoy seven pro-rodeo events including bull riding, bareback riding, and tie down roping, as well as a BBQ buffet. This is the last rodeo of the season, don't miss it!

Historic Smithville Mansion Tours

The Historic Smithville Mansion tours are every Thursday and Sunday at 1 PM, 2 PM, and 3 PM. The tours include a verbal history and tour of the Mansion and Gallery Annex. A tour donation of $8 for adults and $7 for seniors and students is requested.
