Cat Rescued From South Jersey Fire
Fire departments from several communities battled the early Thursday morning blaze.
RIVERTON, NJ — A cat was rescued from a fire in a two-story building in Burlington County early Thursday morning, CBS3 reported.
The fire in Riverton at a building near the intersection of Broad and Main streets broke out about 2 a.m., the Riverton Fire Department said on its Facebook page.
Smoke and flames were pouring out of the building's second floor when fire departments arrived, pictures from the scene indicate.
