Cinnaminson Among Top 10 Towns Ranked by South Jersey Magazine

Cinnaminson is among the highest ranked large towns in South Jersey.

Cinnaminson, NJ -- Cinnaminson is among the top 10 towns in South Jersey.

The township was voted No. 9 on South Jersey Magazine’s list of Top Towns for 2016.

To determine its rankings, South Jersey Magazine uses a formula that takes into account combined average property value and taxes, crime incidents reported per 1,000 residents, and high school performance.

“A lot of factors went into this (schools, property value and taxes, crime rates, parks and recreation opportunities, etc), but I also feel it has a lot to do with our reputation as a nice place to live because of the positive nature of our residents,” Township Committeeman Don Brauckmann said on the Cinnaminson NJ Community Connection Facebook page. “People are always watching and listening to us so please continue to...stay classy and to keep it positive Cinnaminson.”

Cinnaminson was in the top 10 of the large town rankings, which takes into account towns with more than 10,000 people.

Moorestown was No. 1, Medford was No. 2 and Evesham was No. 4. There are a total of 11 Burlington County towns in the top 25.
