Cinnaminson Boys and Girls Soccer Teams Qualify for South Jersey Coaches Tournament

The boys are the No. 9 seed. The girls are No. 10, and face a Holy Cross team it already defeated this season.

Both the Cinnaminson High School boys and girls soccer teams will compete for the unofficial championship of South Jersey.

Each team qualified for this year’s South Jersey Coaches Association tournaments.

The teams are selected based on a polling of South Jersey soccer coaches.

The boys are seeded ninth, and visit No. 8 Burlington Township in the first round. The Pirates are 6-3-2 this season, including a 3-1 loss to Burlington Township on Sept. 22, according to nj.com. Burlington Township is 8-2-1. Washington Township (10-0-1) is the No. 1 seed.

The girls are the No. 10 seed, and visit No. 7 Holy Cross in the first round. Cinnaminson is 7-2-1 this season, including a 3-2 win over Holy Cross on Sept. 26, according to nj.com. The loss to Cinnaminson is Holy Cross’s lone defeat this season, as it is 9-1-1. Eastern Regional (11-1-1) is the No. 1 seed.
