Cinnaminson Committee, Planning Board Meetings Cancelled

CINNAMINSON, NJ — The Cinnaminson Township Committee meeting previously scheduled for Monday night has been cancelled due to concerns over the new coronavirus outbreak, officials announced on Friday.
It was among a number of closings and cancellations the township announced following Gov. Phil Murphy's recommendation that gatherings of more than 250 people should be canceled in New Jersey because of the coronavirus scare.
The township also announced that Tuesday night’s planning board meeting has been cancelled, as have all municipal court sessions for the rest of March.

Beginning Monday, the municipal building, the police department and the public works department will be closed to the public, but will continue to conduct township business in order to maintain public services, officials announced.

Employees will continue to provide customer service by email and phone at 856-829-6000. For non-emergency police, fire and EMS situations, call 856-829-6666. Call 911 for emergencies.
All activities at the Cinnaminson Community Center are suspended as of Monday, and all programs and events at township parks have been suspended effective immediately until further notice.
The New Jersey Department of Health has partnered with the New Jersey Poison Information and Education System to open and operate a call center (1-800-222-1222) for public use regarding questions, concerns, and other information related to coronavirus spread in New Jersey.
