As of 6:10 a.m., there's an unanticipated construction delay on US 130 southbound from Haines Mill Road in Delran Township to Taylors Lane/New Albany Road in Cinnaminson, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation. 2 left lanes are closed until about 7 a.m., the agency said.
