Cinnaminson House Fire Contained, Reported Explosion Didn't Occur: Officials
Despite initial reports of an explosion, there's no indication that any occurred during the blaze, says Cinnaminson's fire chief.
CINNAMINSON, NJ — Crews contained a house fire Thursday night in Cinnaminson, with no reported injuries, officials said.
Just before 9:15 p.m., the Cinnaminson Fire Department responded to the 2800 block of Woodhaven Drive for a report of a residential fire after a possible explosion. An explosion, in fact, did not occur, according to the agency's chief.
"One of the rear windows probably failed because of the fire, which can be noisy," Chief William Kramer, Jr. told Patch. "Or maybe (a neighbor) was outside and saw fire and smoke coming from the window and assumed there was an explosion. But there was no explosion."

Initial crews arrived at 9:16 p.m. — 3 minutes after dispatch — with the fire under control at 9:45 p.m.
Emergency responders contained the blaze to the room or origin, but the rest of the house has "significant" heat and smoke damage, Kramer said.
