Cinnaminson Fire Department to Present $1,100 Check to Virtua for Breast Cancer Patients

The check will be donated on Monday night at Fire Station 201.

Members of the Cinnaminson Fire Department will present a check for $1,100 to the Virtua Foundation Patient Care Fund at an event Monday night, Nov. 3, 7 p.m. at Fire Station 201, 1725 Cinnaminson Avenue.

The money was raised by members of the fire department for breast cancer patient support, the fire department said Friday afternoon.

Money was raised when members purchased special shirts that were permitted to be worn on duty during the month of October, as well as supporter pins, hats and stuffed Dalmatian dogs that were sold throughout the community.
